12-Year-Old Child Killed in Bayview Skateboard Accident on Ingerson Avenue
Bayview, California (February 11, 2021) – A juvenile skateboarder died after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning in the Bayview neighborhood in San Francisco, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened at about 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, February 10 on Ingerson Avenue between Ingalls and Hawes streets.
Authorities said a 12-year-old child was struck by a vehicle while riding a skateboard on Ingerson Avenue.
The child was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver stopped at the scene and was cooperative, authorities said. It was not immediately clear if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the accident.
