Bass Lake, CA: CHP Investigating Fiery Single Car Crash on Road 274
1 Injured in Bass Lake Car Crash on Road 274 near Road 222
Bass Lake, California (November 14, 2020) – One person was injured in a fiery car crash that happened Friday night in Bass Lake, according to the California Highway Patrol.
According to the report, a vehicle crashed for unknown reasons at about 9:31 p.m. on Road 274, just east of Road 222.
The car caught fire after crashing and became fully engulfed.
A Good Samaritan who was helping the driver get out of the vehicle told authorities they cut the driver’s arm and needed medical attention.
At least one person suffered unspecified injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene to offer medical aid.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
