Motorcyclist Killed in Bakersfield Crash on Planz Road near Planz Elementary
Bakersfield, California (November 25) – A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday afternoon in a traffic accident in Bakersfield, according to a local news source.
At about 12:49 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the 2400 block of Planz Road near Planz Elementary for a report of a motorcycle accident.
Authorities said a motorcycle collided with a vehicle on Planz Road for unknown reasons.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of family.
The driver involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police. Authorities believed speed was a factor in the collision.
