Silas Greer Killed in Oakland Pedestrian Accident at East 19th Street and 23rd Avenue

Oakland, California (November 20, 2020) – 38-year-old Silas Greer, of Antioch, has been identified as the man who died following a pedestrian crash Monday evening in Oakland.
The fatal accident happened near East 19th Street and 23rd Avenue at approximately 5:12 p.m. on November 9.
Though the initial report showed that Greer was possibly shot, further investigation revealed he had been hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene.

Sadly, Greer died at the hospital while undergoing treatment.
