Auburn, CA: 1 Hospitalized after Multi-Car Crash at Grass Valley Hwy and Dry Creek Rd
1 Injured in Auburn Car Crash at Grass Valley Highway and Dry Creek Road
Auburn, California (January 1, 2021) – One person was taken to the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning at an intersection in Auburn.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three cars collided just before 11:00 a.m. at Grass Valley Highway and Dry Creek Road for unknown reasons.
The vehicles were described as a white SUV, a white truck, and a blue sedan. Smoke was coming from one of the vehicles after the crash.
One person was trapped in one of the vehicles, and parties at the scene were attempting to pull the victim out.
One person who sustained minor injuries was transported to the hospital for treatment, as per the report.
Authorities are collecting more information to establish the cause of the accident.
