Antonio Prada Dies in Twenty-nine Palms Pedestrian Crash on State Route 62
Twenty-nine Palms, California (March 15, 2019) – A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Twenty-nine Palms on Tuesday morning has been identified as 62-year-old Antonio Prada.
The collision was reported at around 5:34 a.m. March 12, on State Route 62.
The accident happened when a 2018 Chevrolet Impala driven by a 35-year-old Washington, D.C woman hit Prada, who was crossing the road near Encelia Avenue.

Prada sustained life-threatening injuries and was offered first aid by emergency personnel but he succumbed to the injuries at the scene.
The cause of the deadly pedestrian crash is under investigation.
