Motorcyclist Killed in Antelope Valley Crash on Highway 14 near Avenue A
Antelope Valley, California (June 13, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday night traffic accident that killed a male motorcyclist in Antelope Valley.
The deadly accident transpired at about 11:49 p.m. on the southbound Aerospace (14) Highway just south of Avenue A.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two motorcycles collided on the highway in unclear circumstances.
One of the riders, a man in his 50s, sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Following the collision, officers were checking Antelope Valley Hospital to see if a civilian brought in the other crash victim.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
