Anaheim, California (May 27, 2021) – Two people were injured following a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning in Anaheim, the California Highway Patrol said.

The major injury crash happened on Interstate 5 near Lincoln Avenue just about 8:00 a.m. 

As per the CHP report, a truck collided with another vehicle along the northbound lanes of the interstate on May 26 for undetermined reasons.

The big rig reportedly swerved off the highway and came to a stop onto the embankment upon the impact.

Major Injury Anaheim Crash

At least two people riding in the second vehicle sustained major injuries following the crash.

The CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
