Long Beach, California (June 5, 2021) – Alicia Jordan-Greene, of Carson, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Friday morning in Long Beach, according to the coroner’s office.

The tragic wreck happened at around 3:00 a.m., on June 4, on 710 Freeway near the Del Amo Boulevard exit, the California Highway Patrol reported.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2020 Dodge Charger, driven by Jordan-Greene, veered to the right off the roadway and struck a guardrail in unclear circumstances.

As a result of the crash impact, the Charger went back left into the traffic lanes, where it struck a 2021 Toyota Tacoma, operated by a 21-year-old man from South Gate.

Sadly, Jordan-Greene was pronounced dead at the scene.

The South Gate man suffered abrasions to his nose and some back pain in the accident.

More details about the accident were not immediately available.

An investigation into the collision is underway.
