Alfredo Morales Arrested after DUI Crash that Injured 6 in Riverside
2 Police Officers, 4 Civilians Injured in Riverside Car Crash at La Sierra and Campbell Avenues

Riverside, California (August 30, 2020) – Alfredo A. Morales, 36, of Ontario, was arrested following a DUI car accident that injured six people at an intersection in Riverside Thursday night.
The crash occurred at around 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27, at the intersection of La Sierra and Campbell avenues.
Authorities said Morales was driving a pickup truck when he allegedly ran a red light at the intersection and collided with a van. The force of the impact pushed the van into a patrol car.
Two Riverside police officers, a woman and three children in the van were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Authorities determined that Morales was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident. He was eventually arrested and charged with felony DUI causing injury and two misdemeanours DUI counts
Morales was released after posting $50,000 bail.
