Alexandria Alvarez Killed in Car Crash on Highway 4 near McEwen Road in Contra Costa
Contra Costa, California (October 13, 2020) – The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office has disclosed the name of a Richmond woman who was killed in a car accident in Richmond on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened on eastbound Highway 4 near the McEwen Road exit at about 3 p.m. October 10.
26-year-old Alexandria Alvarez was driving a 2014 Nissan Maxima when she lost control and crashed down an embankment.
The impact of the collision ejected Alvarez from her car.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
