72- Year-Old Henry Heath Killed in Marina Traffic Accident on Highway

Marina, California (June 6, 2019) – 72- year-old Henry Heath of Monterey has been identified as the male party killed in an alleged reckless accident in Marina Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
The crash was reported at about 1:00 p.m. June 4, on Highway 1 at Reservation Road.
The accident involved a Subaru and a 2016 Kia. The initial report showed that Heath had been parked along the side of the road on the shoulder of the on-ramp from Highway 1 to Reservation when unidentified Subaru driver slammed into his parked vehicle. The precise circumstances that led to the collision have not yet been disclosed.
Heath miserably sustained life-threatening injuries following the wreck. He was later miserably pronounced dead at the scene.
The condition of the involved Subaru driver remains unknown to this time.
As per the officials, the driver may face vehicular manslaughter charges.
