2 Hurt in Van Nuys Car Accident on Oxnard Street and Woodman Avenue
Van Nuys, California (March 2, 2019) – Two people were hurt and an LAPD officer escaped injury in a two-vehicle collision early Friday morning in Van Nuys, according to the authorities.
The collision took place at about 5:20 a.m. March 1, near Oxnard Street and Woodman Avenue.
As per the report, a police cruiser and a Toyota Prius collided for unknown reasons.
The man driving the Toyota Prius was hurt in the crash and was taken to a hospital for treatment. A woman who was a passenger in the vehicle declined transport to the hospital.
The uninjured officer remained at the scene
An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
