Four Injured in Lompoc Car Accident Sunday night on Highway 1 and Santa Lucia Road
Lompoc, California (February 10, 2019) – Four people were injured Sunday night in a head-on collision at an intersection in Lompoc, authorities said.
The wreck occurred at about 8:30 p.m. on Highway 1 and Santa Lucia Road.
Details are extremely limited at this time, and it’s unknown what caused the crash.
According to the authorities, one person sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Marian Regional Medical Center while three others suffered minor injuries and were transported to Lompoc Valley Medical Center.
According to the CHP Incident log, southbound lanes of Highway 1 were shut down as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
