Santa Maria, California (July 12, 2021) – One person died after being struck by an alleged hit-and-run driver in north Santa Maria late Saturday night, the Santa Maria Police said.
The fatal pedestrian crash happened at about 11:20 p.m., on July 10, in the 500 block of North Broadway.
An individual was reportedly struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene after the accident.
