Woodbridge, California (July 9, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a head-on collision that happened Thursday night in Woodbridge, leaving at least one person seriously injured.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the wreck occurred at around 10:05 p.m. on Lower Sacramento Road, just south of Acampo Road.
As per the report, a gray Chevrolet sedan collided head-on with a silver Toyota Rav4 under unclear circumstances.
Both vehicles were blocking the roadway after the crash.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the collision. An ambulance was sent to the scene to take the patient to the hospital.
The report did not mention the cause of the crash, but CHP is investigating.
