1 Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on 80 Freeway near Highway 174 in Colfax
Colfax, California (June 6, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision in Colfax on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the westbound lanes of Interstate 80 Freeway near Highway 174 at about 2:30 p.m. June 5.
A silver Porsche and a second vehicle were involved in the collision.
The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
One person sustained a head injury in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
