Stanislaus County, California (May 12, 2021) – One person was airlifted to a hospital after a truck collided with a sedan early Wednesday morning in Stanislaus County, authorities said.
The crash occurred shortly after 5:30 a.m. on Highway 108/120, just east of Lancaster Road, between Oakdale and Knights Ferry.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the sedan was traveling on Highway 108/120 when, for unknown reasons, the driver allowed the vehicle to cross over double-yellow lines and slammed into a Coca-Cola bottle truck.
After the impact, the sedan rolled over and landed on its side while the truck was separated from the back wheels.

The driver of the sedan was taken via a helicopter to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The operator of the truck did not suffer any injuries.
