Hesperia, California (May 7, 2021) – A person was killed when they were hit by a train in Hesperia on Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at around 8:22 a.m. May 4, in the area of Seventh Avenue and Dalscote Street.
According to authorities, a pedestrian was hit by a Union Pacific freight train for unknown reasons.

The pedestrian died in the accident.
The victim’s name was not released pending identification by the San Bernardino County Coroner’s office and notification of their next of kin.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
