Man Severely Injured in Fresno County Hit-and-Run Accident on Brawley Avenue near Caruthers Avenue
Fresno County, California (April 20, 2021) – A male pedestrian was injured after being struck by a suspected hit-and-run driver early Tuesday morning in Fresno County, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Brawley Avenue, just south of Caruthers Avenue.
First responders arrived at the location and found the man suffering from severe internal injuries as a result of the crash. He was transported to Community Regional Medical Center.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene before the authorities arrived. There were no descriptions of the suspect’s car or driver.
