Female Driver Injured in Anaheim Crash on Highway 91 at Interstate 5
Anaheim, California (March 13, 2021) – A female driver was injured in a Tuesday morning traffic accident in Anaheim, authorities said.
The minor injury accident happened at about 1:23 a.m., on March 9, on Highway 91 at Interstate 5.
According to the officials, a pickup truck towing a toy hauler was traveling on the highway when it flipped over and busted into flames. The manner in which the accident occurred is yet to be established.
A truck driver reportedly stopped at the crash and helped rescue the female driver and a passenger from the wreckage before the fire consumed the pickup truck.
The female driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
