At Least 1 Injured in Cabazon Crash on Interstate 10 near Morongo Trail
Cabazon, California (March 13, 2021) – At least one person was hurt after a traffic accident that happened Saturday morning in Cabazon, the California Highway Patrol said.
CHP said the incident was reported at about 8:08 a.m. on westbound Interstate 80 near Morongo Trail.
A party involved in the accident called authorities reporting that they sustained injuries to the head and hand.
Another reporting party said she stopped to help, and there was a nurse at the scene.
Cal Fire responded to the scene to help the victims. The firefighters confirmed that at least one person suffered minor injuries.
The No. 4 lane was blocked following the accident.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
