1 Seriously Injured in San Jacinto Crash on Sanderson Avenue near Ramona Expressway

San Jacinto, California (March 11, 2021) – One person was seriously injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Jacinto, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The major injury collision happened at around 3:56 p.m. Thursday, March 11, on Sanderson Avenue, just north of Ramona Expressway.
According to the authorities, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons on Sanderson Avenue.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and render aid to the parties involved. One patient was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The other motorist was not injured.
It is undetermined whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
Sanderson Avenue was closed while the investigation took place.
