Cadiz Richmond ID’d as Victim in Fatal Harvard Car Crash on Interstate 15 near Fields Road
Harvard, California (February 15, 2021) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the person who died following a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning near Harvard as Cadiz Richmond, 32, of Los Angeles.
The deadly accident was reported at around 6:08 a.m. Sunday, February 14, on the southbound Interstate 15, just south of Fields Road.
A vehicle reportedly veered off the roadway and crashed.

Richmond was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further details about the crash were immediately given.
The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
