Man Killed in Keyes Crash at East Keyes Road and Faith Home Road
Keyes, California (February 13, 2021) – A man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon in Keyes, authorities said.
The deadly accident happened at about noon at the intersection of East Keyes Road and Faith Home Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Mercedes-Benz was headed westbound on Keyes Road while a light brown Hyundai sedan was traveling southbound on Faith Home Road.
One of the vehicles reportedly ran a red light, and the two vehicles collided at the intersection. As a result of the crash impact, the Hyundai flipped over and came to a rest in a nearby orchard on East Keyes Road.

A man in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with pain in the neck, back and head.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the mishap.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
