Woman Dies, 2 Hospitalized after Oakland Crash on Highway 13 at Broadway Terrace
Oakland, California (February 10, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday afternoon traffic accident that killed a woman and left two others injured in Oakland.
The crash occurred at about 12:20 p.m. on southbound Highway 13, just north of Broadway Terrace.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a female driver and a passenger were standing on the right shoulder of the highway near their Honda Civic when a Toyota Tacoma struck the Honda.
The crash impact pushed the Honda into the two parties, the officials said.

Sadly, the woman sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
The passenger was taken to Highland Hospital with major injuries.
The driver of the Toyota suffered moderate injuries and was aided at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
