Anza Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 371 near Tribal Road Seriously Injures One Person
Anza, California (February 10, 2021) – A traffic collision involving three vehicles on a highway in Anza seriously injured one person Monday afternoon, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.
The major injury multi-vehicle accident happened along Highway 371(Cahuilla Road), just west of Tribal Road shortly after 4:30 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how a black 2013 Hyundai Veloster, a white 2016 Ford C-Max, and a third vehicle collided in the eastbound lanes of the highway near the Cahuilla Casino.
Major Injury Anza Accident on Highway 371
One person, whose name was not revealed, was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The wreck resulted in the closure of both the eastbound and westbound lanes of the roadway for an unknown period of time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
