Major Injuries Sustained in Corona Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 15 near Ontario Avenue
Corona, California (January 14, 2021) – Authorities are investigating after a motorcycle collided with a car Thursday afternoon in Corona.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident transpired at about 3:55 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15, near Ontario Avenue.
As per the report, a motorcycle and a white Toyota Prius collided for unknown reasons.
The motorcyclist was found by first responders in the No. 4 lane and the bike in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes.
Authorities said the crash resulted in major injuries. A passenger in the Toyota suffered unspecified injuries. It was not clear if the motorcyclist was hurt.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
