1 Sustains Severe Injuries in Fremont Motorcycle Crash on Highway 84 near Interstate 880
Fremont, California (January 14, 2021) – One person was severely injured when a motorcycle collided with a car Thursday afternoon in Fremont, the California Highway Patrol said.
At around 5:34 p.m., authorities received reports of the accident that happened on eastbound Highway 84, just west of Interstate 880.
The report said a police officer was at the crash scene and was blocking the No. 1 lane on eastbound Highway 84.

At least one person suffered serious injuries, including a possible broken leg and arm. An ambulance was sent to the scene to take the victim to the hospital.
Eastbound traffic was affected following the accident, but all lanes were reopened at 6:29 p.m.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
