San Leandro, CA: Traffic Crash at Highway 185 and Elgin Street
At Least 1 Injured in San Leandro Crash at Highway 185 and Elgin Street
San Leandro, California (December 8, 2020) – At least one person was hurt when two vehicles collided Monday evening at an intersection in San Leandro, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash involved a silver Honda Accord and a green Nissan Altima. The vehicles collided where Highway 185, also known as E 14th Street, and Elgin Street meet.
The incident was reported just before 6:00 p.m. on December 7.
Authorities said at least one person suffered minor injuries in the accident. The victim is epileptic, according to the report. An ambulance was sent to the scene to provide medical aid.
CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
