Visalia, California (August 17, 2020) – Emergency crews responded to the scene of a Visalia car accident that happened Monday morning on Highway 63, the California Highway Patrol reported.
As per the CHP release, a semi-truck and a small vehicle collided at about 10:21 a.m., August 17, at the intersection of Avenue 368 for unknown reasons.
