Rider Killed in Huntington Beach Bicycle Crash on Yorktown Avenue and Vasile Circle
Huntington Beach, California (April 2, 2020) – A bicyclist was killed in a collision that occurred on Wednesday night in Huntington Beach, according to Huntington Beach Police Department.
The crash took place at about 8 p.m. April 1, in the area of Yorktown Avenue and Vasile Circle.
According to police, a man riding a bicycle was hit by a silver 2016 Honda Pilot at the intersection.
Rider Killed in Huntington Beach Bicycle Collision
The rider was pronounced deceased at the scene. His identity was not immediately released.
The driver of the car, a 46-year-old Huntington Beach resident, was uninjured and complied with the investigators.
The Huntington Beach Police Department is conducting an investigation into the crash.
