At Least 1 Killed in Santa Rosa Car Collision on Highway 12 near Oakmont Drive
Santa Rosa, California (April 2, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal car accident that happened Thursday morning on Highway 12 in Santa Rosa.
The crash occurred just before 7:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes near Oakmont Drive.
CHP officers and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person died in the crash.
At least two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking the roadway.
Officers said they were closing the westbound lanes for an unknown period to allow an investigation.
There were no other details available.
