Rider Sustains Major Injuries in Atwater Bicycle Accident on 10394 Longview Avenue
Atwater, California (February 21, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol said a major injury accident involving a bicyclist occurred Thursday evening in Atwater.
The incident happened at about 7:07 p.m. in the 10394 block of Longview Avenue.
As per the report, a bicyclist was struck by a gray minivan for unknown reasons.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the rider who sustained serious injuries.
There were no other details available.
CHP is investigating the accident.
