Pacoima, CA: Fatal Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash at Glenoaks Boulevard, Suspect Arrested
1 Killed in Pacoima Pedestrian Accident at Glenoaks Boulevard and Desmond Street
Pacoima, California (February 7, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that left a pedestrian dead on Thursday night in Pacoima.
The crash occurred near Glenoaks Boulevard and Desmond Street intersection at around 8:16 p.m. Thursday, February 6.
As per the CHP officials, a burgundy, newer model SUV struck a pedestrian before fleeing the crash site. The SUV was last seen heading eastbound on Highway 118 from Glenoaks.
Fatal Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash in Pacoima
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in the collision. The name of the deceased was not immediately released awaiting notification of next of kin.
The involved driver was later arrested by authorities.
No further details regarding this crash were released.
