Victor Can Killed in Fatal Highland Pedestrian Accident at Baseline Street and Golondrina Drive
Highland, California (January 8, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a fatal Highland pedestrian accident on Sunday evening in Highland.
The deadly collision occurred at about 5:45 p.m. Sunday, January 5, at the intersection of Baseline Street and Golondrina Drive.
Officials said a car hit Can for reasons still under investigation.
Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car in Highland Identified
Emergency crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to Can who sustained critical injuries in the collision. Can was later taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the involved motorist remained at the crash site and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation is ongoing.
