28-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in South LA Crash on Century Boulevard and Baring Cross Street
South LA, California (October 5, 2019) – A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle at an intersection in the Vermont Vista neighborhood on Friday evening, according to Los Angeles police.
The crash happened at about 7 p.m. October 4, at Century Boulevard and Baring Cross Street.
Police said a 28-year-old woman was walking north across Century Boulevard when an eastbound car struck her.
Woman Killed in South LA Pedestrian Crash
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the involved car remained at the scene.
The Los Angeles police are investigating the crash.
