Sacramento, CA: Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Traffic Crash at Broadway and 27th Street

Sacramento, California (October 3, 2019) – A motorcyclist was hurt in a traffic collision in the area of Sacramento on Wednesday afternoon, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The motorcycle crash happened at about 4:43 p.m. on October 2, in the area of Broadway and 27th Street near Highway 50 and the Saint Josephs Cemetery.

A motorcyclist was struck by an unspecified vehicle at the intersection for unknown reasons.

Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Sacramento Car and Motorcycle Accident

The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries in the crash. The victim was attended to by Sacramento Fire Department officials along with the paramedics and then rushed to the hospital for further treatment.

The name and current condition of the injured party have not yet been released to this time.

It was not mentioned whether or not the driver involved stopped after the wreck and cooperated with the officials’ investigation.

The investigation is underway.
