Minor Injuries Sustained in Carlsbad Accident on 5 Freeway and Palomar Airport Road
Carlsbad, California (September 17, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after an alleged DUI collision Monday night in the area of Carlsbad, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The collision happened at around 8:38 p.m. Monday, September 16, on 5 Freeway and Palomar Airport Boulevard.
As per the report, four vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The number of injured parties and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the crash.
