5 Hurt After Car Crashes Into Carl’s Jr. in Huntington Park
5 Injured in Huntington Park Car Accident on E. Florence Avenue
Huntington Park, California (April 1, 2019) – Three people were hospitalized, two seriously, after a vehicle crashed into a Carl’s Jr. restaurant Monday in Huntington Park, authorities said.
The accident occurred in the 2400 block of E. Florence Avenue.

According to the authorities, a silver sedan was reportedly speeding when for an unknown reason it jumped the curb off of Santa Fe Avenue. The vehicle then went through the window and the main dining room of the business.
Authorities said two juveniles and one adult were hospitalized. One victim was hit by the car and was taken to a trauma center in critical condition. The other patient was also in critical condition.
The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital. Two other patients were treated at the crash site by responding paramedics.
All the injuries were considered non-life threatening.
Speed was a factor in the crash. Police are investigating the accident.
