46-Year-Old Priscilla Romero Arrested Following San Bernardino Hit-and-Run Crash at Arrowhead Avenue and Alexander Avenue
San Bernardino Hit-and-Run Suspect at Arrowhead Avenue and Alexander Avenue ID’d as Priscilla Ornelas Romero

San Bernardino, California (December 10, 2020) – 46-year-old Priscilla Ornelas Romero has been identified as the suspected hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a motorcyclist in San Bernardino Sunday afternoon.
The deadly motorcycle accident was reported at Arrowhead Avenue and Alexander Avenue at approximately 4:37 p.m. December 6.
A Kia Optima driven by Romero, north on Arrowhead Avenue, collided with a southbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle ridden by 63-year-old Jeffrey Hewitt.
The Kia Optima was making a left turn in front of Hewitt at the time of the collision.
Hewitt, a San Bernardino resident, was ejected from the bike upon the impact.

Sadly, Hewitt died at the hospital while undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, the Kia was found abandoned a few blocks away from the scene.
On Tuesday, Romero turned herself into the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and was taken into custody on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run.
