4 Injured in Madera County Car Crash at Highway 99 and Avenue 16
Fresno, California (November 29, 2020) – Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in Madera County on Saturday, November 28.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Highway 99 and Avenue 16 at around noon.
The first crash involving at least nine vehicles happened shortly before noon.
Shortly after 1 p.m., a collision involving three vehicles was reported.
The authorities said two people suffered major injuries in the crash and were flown to Community Regional Medical Center.
Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
