Montesano, Washington (November 26, 2019) – Three people were hospitalized after a two-car collision that took place Sunday afternoon in Montesano, a local news source reported.

As per the article, Washington State Patrol said the collision happened at around 5:15 p.m. on U.S. 12 at Monte Brady Road.

WSP said a 56-year-old Montesano man was traveling south on Monte Brady Road, and a second car was headed east on U.S. 12, approaching Monte Brady Road.

Authorities said the Montesano man entered the median and turned east onto U.S. 12 but failed to yield to the second car.

The two vehicles crashed in the eastbound lane.

Two occupants of the second car, a 40-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, both residents of Redmond, were hospitalized at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma with unspecified injuries.

The Montesano man was also hospitalized at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen.

WSP is investigating the accident.
