Byron Man Killed in Oakley Car Accident at Delta and Arminio Saturday

Oakley, California (October 13, 2019) – A driver from Byron was killed late Saturday night in a traffic accident involving three vehicles in Oakley, according to the CHP.
The deadly crash happened at about 11:26 p.m. Saturday, October 12, at the intersection of Delta Road and Arminio Lane
The California Highway Patrol said a Ford pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Delta Road and trying to turn left into a residence when it was struck by an eastbound Infiniti.
The Infiniti continued and collided with a parked Dodge sedan.
Byron Man Killed in Oakley Car Accident
The driver of the Infiniti, a 22-year-old Byron man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 21-year-old Oakley woman riding in the Infiniti was airlifted to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek with moderate injuries.
The male driver of the Ford was transported to Kaiser Hospital in Antioch with minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
