2 Injured in Car Crash at Highway 162 and Barnes Lane in Covelo
Covelo, California (September 24, 2020) – Two children were hospitalized after being injured in a car crash in Covelo on Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Highway 162 and Barnes Lane at about 10:15 a.m.
A black Toyota Tundra and a black Chevrolet SUV were involved in the accident. However, the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.
Two children in one of the vehicles were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
