Stanton, California (July 20, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Stanton, Orange County, on Sunday morning, according to a local news source.

The accident was reported at about 10 a.m.  July 19, near the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Katella Avenue.

The California Highway Patrol said a motorcycle was traveling on the roadway when a pedestrian crossed the street outside a crosswalk.

Vehicles swerved to avoid hitting the man and the motorcyclist crashed into the rear of one of the vehicles.

Man Killed in Orange County Motorcycle Accident

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, died at the scene of the accident.

The Orange County sheriff’s detectives are looking for the pedestrian.
