1 Killed in Oroville Car Crash on Highway 70 near Highway 149
Oroville, California (December 30, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a car crash that happened in Oroville early Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision was reported at about 2:45 a.m. on Highway 70 near Highway 149.
The authorities who responded to the incident found an overturned vehicle in a ditch about 100 feet off the roadway. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
One dead person was found inside the vehicle.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
