Woman Dies, Three Injured in Camarillo Crash on Adolfo Road and Mission Oaks Boulevard

Camarillo, California (April 16, 2021) – A traffic collision has claimed the life of a woman Friday morning in Camarillo and left three other people injured, according to authorities.
At about 8:05 a.m., authorities received a report about the accident at the intersection of Adolfo Road and Mission Oaks Boulevard.
According to the authorities, a minivan collided with a box truck for unknown reasons at the Camarillo intersection, just north of the 101 Freeway.
As a result of the collision, the minivan came to rest on a curb near the traffic light.
Deadly Minivan, Box Truck Accident in Camarillo
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and declared the female occupant of the minivan dead at the scene. Her name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
Another occupant of the minivan and two people in the truck were injured following the accident. Two of them were taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Authorities closed the intersection while they conduct an investigation.
Further details about the accident were not immediately available.
