Frank Medina Killed in Oroville Car Crash on Larkin Road near Airport Parkway
Oroville, California (February 23, 2021) – One of the three victims who died following a head-on collision in Oroville Monday afternoon has been identified as 64-year-old Frank Medina.
The fatal crash took place in the 4000 block of Larkin Road between Mineral way and Airport Parkway at about 2:00 p.m. February 22.
As per the Oroville Police and Fire departments report, a 2011 Jeep SUV collided with a 2011 Toyota Prius on the highway for unknown reasons.

Two men, including Medina and a child, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Medical personnel rushed four other victims to an area hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The wreck resulted in Larkin Road’s closure between Mineral Way and Airport Parkway for an unknown time.
Meanwhile, the deadly crash remains under active investigation.
