Woman Killed in Truck Accident on 105 Freeway at Wilmington Avenue in Willowbrook
Willowbrook, California (January 4, 2021) – A woman was killed in a collision involving a big rig in Willowbrook on Sunday night, January 3.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 10:51 p.m. on the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway at Wilmington Avenue.
A 21-year-old Duarte woman was driving a compact SUV on the freeway when she crashed into a big rig and a wall.
The unidentified woman was killed in the accident.
The truck driver was unhurt.
The authorities temporarily shut down two eastbound lanes of the freeway while an investigation into the accident was conducted.
